SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Stefano will ship the products ordered by you to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation. This address has to be located in North America. Delivery times provided by Stefano Collection are estimates only. Stefano shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes.

All orders are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) in corrugated boxes and are fully traceable on the Fed Ex web site.

Orders are delivered by FedEx on business days only (weekends and holidays are excluded). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

The date you receive your order will vary depending on the shipping method that you chose at the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 pm (EST) will be processed the following business day. Please note that credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order.

U.S prices vary from the Canadian prices due to brokerage. U.S shipments to a U.S address will be charged in U.S funds.
