RETURN POLICY
All orders may be returned for exchange or refund. Final Sales are non-refundable. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the package delivery date.
Below are the easy steps you must follow in order to return an item.
PLEASE NOTE:
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Packages that are returned without our consent may be denied. Items marked 'FINAL SALE' are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
* Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing with plastic logo seal intact. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the refund.
* Any return requests received after 7 day deadline will automatically be refused.
RETURN POLICY –BOUGHT FROM OTHER RETAILERS (including department stores)
Please note that merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Exchange
-Note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size. If a different item is required, you will have to place a new order.
-The exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Return Request
Provide your name, order number and a daytime phone number in all communications with us. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the package
Once we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Returned goods must be sent with an original invoice via a courier service that includes a tracking number and requires a receiving signature. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides insurance.
We will refund shipping for any faulty items returned to us. However, we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty. We will also not refund any shipping charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before crediting your account.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Stefano will ship the products ordered by you to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation. This address has to be located in Canada. Delivery times provided by Stefano are estimates only. Stefano Collection shall not be responsible for any damages of costs resulting from any delays in delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes.
